National Tuberculosis Reference Laboratory – Laboratory Information System (TBLIS) is an in-house developed web-based database system built on the TBLIS software framework. It manages the input, analysis, reporting, and security of patients, specimen, and test results data. The system comprises a web application and MySQL relational database both hosted on a local server, with a user-friendly web interface accessible from user computers for seamless interaction.
