LabXpert Connectivity Solution

LabXpert is an online comprehensive laboratory information management system designed to streamline the management and reporting of data throughout the medical testing procedure and patient care, minimizing the need for human intervention. Developed by the National TB Reference Laboratory in collaboration with the National TB and Leprosy Program and its partners, LabXpert enhances accuracy in reporting for individuals diagnosed through molecular tests.

ISO 15189:2012 Compliant Reporting Outcomes produced by the LabXpert platform adhere to ISO 15189:2012 (Clause 5.8.3) standards.
Automated Data Collection Eliminates reliance on paper-based data collection, reducing turnaround time and data inaccuracies.
SMS Patient Notifications Dispatches Short-Message Service (SMS) alerts to patients when their results are available.
Performance & Equipment Monitoring Tracks machine utilization, stock consumption, equipment downtime, service and maintenance needs.
